How to stay motivated?

Motivation is the key to success.
Motivation is the fuel that drives us, and without it, we'd be nothing. Without motivation, we wouldn't even bother trying to do anything; we'd just give up and go back to sleep. It's the thing that gets us out of bed in the morning and keeps us going throughout the day.
Imagine if you woke up one day and decided that there was no reason for you to get up anymore—that life would be better if you just stayed in bed all day, watching TV or playing video games or whatever else you enjoy doing… but no matter how much fun it might be, there would be no motivation behind it because there's no purpose behind it. You'd just stay in bed all day doing whatever popped into your head, but eventually, some new idea would come along and spook you out of bed again—and then another idea would come along a few minutes later and send you back under again!
Motivation is about what drives you to do something—it's the spark of energy that gets you going. But it doesn't always last.

So, Motivation which is a spark also requires some fuel to burn longer which, I believe, is Purpose. The purpose is the reason for which you want to achieve that goal.
Motivation is about what drives you to do something—it's the spark of energy that gets you going. The purpose is about why you're doing something—it's where your motivation comes from.
Motivation and purpose are both important parts of life that can help us achieve our goals. Motivation helps us focus on what we want; purpose helps us know why we want it!
